PartsXpress – when you know your parts number

To make parts ordering faster and easier, Riggs Cat has introduced a new option – PartsXpress. When you know your parts number, simply call 1.888.74 RIGGS. You will then be given an option for PartsXpress. By selecting that option you will be put in touch with a PartsXpress representative who will assist you in placing your order. There will also be an option for our customers who speak Spanish, as well as those needing technical assistance.

When placing your order through PartsXpress you will need:

* Company name and purchase order number
* Shipping or pick up instructions
* Model and serial number of your machine
* Quantity and parts number

Fill out the online form below, click Submit Order and the order will be sent to your PartsXpress representative. You will receive a phone call to confirm your order.

If you prefer, print out the form, fill in the required information and fax it to us toll free at 877.RIGGS PX (877.744.4779). Again, you will receive a phone call to confirm your order.
