CAT Certified Power Train Rebuild
Restores power train to like-new performance
Covers radiator, engine, transmission, torque converter, final drive and axle
Approximately 200 tests and inspections of power train components
Replacement or reconditioning of approximately 3,000 parts, including power train electrical switches, sensors, sending units, electronic control modules, engine wiring harnesses, bearings, gaskets, seals and coolant hoses
Critical engineering improvements and updates
Extended power train coverage is available for either 36 months/5000 hours, or 24 months/6000 hours

Riggs Cat is offering to rebuild
The power train on your 12H or 140H motor grader, with serial number prefixes of 4XM or 2ZK, provided the machine is in operating condition.
WHY DO A POWER TRAIN REBUILD?
A Caterpillar Certified Power Train Rebuild can be performed for a fraction of the cost of a new machine.
All critical updates that have been added to that machine model are incorporated into your machine.
The power train carries a 36 month, or 5,000 hour, whichever comes first, warranty. 24 months or 6,000 hours is also available.
You will get a “like new” power train while retaining the existing technology of your machine.
What about other repairs to my machine?
Additional repairs that are needed for your machine can be completed in conjunction with the Power Train Rebuild. See your PSSR for information on quoting these additional repairs.

Riggs Cat will perform a Caterpillar Certified Power Train Rebuild on your 12H motor grader, as described above, for the price of $90,026.00 **
Riggs Cat will perform a Caterpillar Certified Power Train Rebuild on your 140H motor grader, as described above, for the price of $93,727.00 **
