What is the Interim Tier 4 Regulation?

In 2012, Interim Tier 4 non-road emissions regulations will come into effect for 75- to 174- hp machines. Final Tier 4 regulations become effective for 25- to 74-hp equipment in 2013. These machines are getting large particulate matter reductions, along with some NOX reduction. Machines in the 75- to 174-hp range will get a further substantial NOX reduction for Final Tier 4 in 2015.
